With the app, you offer your potential tenants continuous accessibility and transfer self-service tasks, such as appointment booking or digital self-disclosure, directly to them. By actively involving your potential tenants in the letting process, you not only improve customer service, but also reduce unnecessary queries. By networking landlords and potential tenants on the easysquare platform, communication can take place seamlessly in a centralised solution. Property search: The “Property search” service offers a simple and convenient way to search for rental objects, houses or flats according to your own search criteria. The user receives the search results as a list. The location of the properties can also be viewed on a map.

Search queries: Search queries can be saved and are then available in the “Saved searches” service. To provide a better overview, the search queries are automatically labelled with the most important search criteria. Seamless process integration: All enquiries can be processed in the easysquare rental solution in a structured manner as “online enquiries”. Only when there is concrete interest are the details of the potential tenant and the request, as well as any attached documents, automatically transferred to the rental solution while ensuring compliance with the GDPR. The online enquiry is then saved as a request for the potential tenant. In addition, an extended request can be automatically created and saved. This means that potential tenants can then be offered vacant rental objects that roughly correspond to the criteria of the requested property. The logic for creating the request can be tailored to each individual potential tenant.

GDPR-compliant data storage: Potential tenants can find all contract-relevant data in the “My data” service, where they can easily enter, edit and manage data themselves. This gives them full control over their data at all times.

Everything in one place: In addition to real estate offers in the potential tenant app, the easysquare rental solution also supports digital marketing on external portals such as Immobilienscout24, etc. Advertisements can be released for publication at the touch of a button. In this case, the external enquiries automatically receive a request to register in the potential tenant app. In this way, all enquiries are channelled to enable structured processing of potential tenant data and smooth appointment scheduling within a central application. This saves time and reduces media discontinuities.
Apps from a single source: If potential tenants become new tenants, services for viewing contracts and submitting damage and service reports can be automatically activated when the rental agreement is concluded.
