PROMOS consult collaborates with plusForta GmbH and Aareal First Financial Solutions AG – expanded range of solutions in SAP® Financials
The requirements for companies in the housing, construction and real estate industries are getting tougher. This is reflected in their customers’ growing desire for secure digital payment processes and electronic banking solutions, as well as future-oriented asset management. The demand for digital processes has increased enormously. This comes as no surprise, since they promise to deliver the necessary efficiency, cost-effectiveness and profitability for all stakeholders. As a long-standing service provider for the industry, the digitisation experts at PROMOS consult are therefore expanding their payment-related cooperation arrangements.
Cooperation partners include plusForta GmbH, a leading provider of rental deposit securities, and Aareal First Financial Solutions AG, a specialist in integrated payment functions. Both are subsidiaries of Aareal Bank AG. For 20 years, Aareal Bank’s BK01 payment process, which is well-established in the housing industry, has been implemented by a large number of PROMOS customers for accounts receivable and credit postings. The new partnership expands on this offering with new digital products.
In addition to digital billing data processing, which is already used by large housing companies such as GEBAG Duisburg and TAG Immobilien AG, the Aareal Exchange & Payment Platform (AEPP) will also be integrated into the easysquare tenant app in the future. “The platform solution makes it possible to integrate new payment methods into the existing payment and booking processes in our customers' ERP systems without any media discontinuities. For one thing, digitising processes leads to cost savings and higher process quality. For another, it also boosts the attractiveness of rentals, since tenants can use the payment method they know from other areas of life in the rental relationship,” says Thoralf Beyer, Chief Sales Officer, describing the advantages of AEPP.
