Career model

The professional development of our employees is very important to us – that’s why we at PROMOS work with a standard career model. In this way, the classification and career planning for all employees can be made transparent and binding. Our model contains six career levels, which are distinguished from each other by qualitative and quantitative competence criteria – both for careers on the technical side and for those with supervisory roles.

Supervisors meet with each employee at regular intervals to discuss their performance, career development and outlook while also identifying the employee’s strengths and potential and setting new goals to reach the next level.
In order to create the best possible conditions for individual career planning at PROMOS, we support our employees in pursuing their professional goals through a variety of measures. From professional and interdisciplinary dialogue, to advising via professional coaching or a personal mentor, and on to internal and external further education and training opportunities.

In addition to these important aspects, we also naturally provide our employees with a level of pay appropriate to their qualifications and professional experience along with attractive social benefits.
