Flexible working hours

You can arrange your working hours flexibly by choosing from a variety of models for full- and part-time work. Working full-time at PROMOS means a 39-hour week. Would you rather have a four-day week or take advantage of individual part-time models and time-out programmes, such as a sabbatical? We offer these options.

Mobile working (also possible from abroad)

Individual and dynamic – we offer our employees the opportunity to work on a mobile basis within Germany or, by arrangement, abroad for up to three months. Of course, our well-equipped offices are also open for you at any time if things get too stressful at home.

30 days annual leave

You'll have lots of time for relaxation or adventure with 30 days of annual leave per calendar year – plenty of time to relax and recharge your batteries. For those special occasions in life, we give our employees an extra day of holiday, for a work anniversary or the birth of your child, for example.
