Editing, redesigning and reproduction – the three steps to the new IT&I

It has been a few weeks of blood, sweat and tears for the copywriters, with red pens leaving ink marks on copious drafts and eyes burning from staring at layouts until, a few days ago, the printing rollers in Berlin finally took the helm.

What has been going on? We in the PROMOS Press editorial team have been preparing the new issue of IT&I for you. And this time you can expect not only a multitude of exciting reference articles but, to celebrate the 25th issue, lots of design innovations too. To give you a taste of what you can look forward to on 4 October, here is a small sample of our highlight topics for this autumn.

Revolution in the Free State of Saxony!

The Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft (LWB) is getting ready for the future. Soon, its tenants will be able to communicate with their building manager, craftsmen or neighbours using the easysquare tenant app. How will this work? We asked them to explain all.

The golden finger tap

The processes involved in managing small repairs are certainly complex. Above all, it is difficult for information to bridge the gap between the office and teams on site if mobile solutions are not used. IT&I describes appropriate options for solving this problem.

Testing the Plato planning tool in practice

VW Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of the automobile Group of the same name, has significantly enhanced its IT infrastructure with the launch of “Plato”. The new planning tool allows past, current and future plans to be combined. Soon you can find out what practical benefits this has already brought.

Has this small taster whet your appetite? Then don’t miss the current issue. There are many more topics to discover in the magazine. Register quickly and easily for the free print or online subscription.
