Yet another chapter in the success story: the new easysquare Professional App
Starting in October 2019, the app will be available in a new modern tile design under the name “easysquare Professional App” for iOS and Android in the app stores and, upon request, in a Windows desktop version. This realignment will make the overall application even more attractive with more intuitive and structured operation. These new elements reduce the click depth for the user, since functions are not hidden in submenus.
More than simply bringing the optics and intuitive operation up to date, the accompanying changes amount to a reworking of the entire process design. From December 2019, the overall look and feel will be rounded out by improved logic and optimised functions. These will include:
- Multiple selection
- Duplication – copy completed forms
- Sharing – send forms internally and externally
- Processes – collect related forms in a structured circulation folder and trigger them using if-then rules
- Favourites – save filter as box list service
But this newly optimised process design is certainly not everything. Planned for March 2020: it will also be possible to transmit master data from ERP systems to the easysquare platform upon request. This will prevent long loading times and enable self-sufficient work in real time. The biggest advantage of this cloud-based platform solution is its flexible and scalable infrastructure, which can be used without connecting to an ERP system.
