A day packed with opportunity: our Girls' & Boys' Day 2025 at PROMOS – a tradition we proudly continue each year
On April 3, 2025, we opened our doors to curious young talents – offering exciting insights into our work environment, real encounters with our teams, and tons of inspiration. Check out the event video to see what our apprentices and working students put together!
What happens when young talents get a real look into the working world? That’s exactly what we experienced on April 3, 2025, at PROMOS. As part of this year’s Girls' & Boys' Day, we once again opened our doors – and those to several professional worlds.
From development to consulting, sales, HR, marketing, and controlling – our guests didn’t just get information, they got a real sense of how diverse and exciting working life at PROMOS can be.
It was about more than just getting to know different professions. Our aim: to open minds to new possibilities, question stereotypes, and encourage young people – because career paths should be guided not by gender, but by interests and talents.
A special highlight: the entire event was organized by our 13 trainees and dual students from 8 different departments. Our Young Bloods! With impressive initiative, they planned, coordinated, and executed the event over 112 project days. The result? A day that was not only informative but also full of team spirit, energy, and inspiration.
Our event video captures it all – emotion, commitment, and a whole lot of heart.
