Flying high together – OpenPromos User Forum 2023

It’s already been three years since we saw each other face to face at the last OpenPromos User Forum. In 2021, we briefly interrupted the temporary pause in proceedings with our first fully remote format of the User Forum. We will now finally return to an in-person event in 2023. What can we expect and what can you look forward to?

For almost 25 years, the experts at PROMOS consult have been developing innovative solutions for digitising and optimising processes from the real estate business world. So mark your calendar. At the 16th OpenPromos User Forum on 10–11 May 2023, we’ll look up to the technology sky and reach for the most innovative stars that digitisation has to offer in the real estate industry.

You may need binoculars! On the horizon, for example, we’ll see the latest displays from the SAP Fiori® launchpad for financials, real estate management and governance. The modern interfaces allow for better clarity and easier operation. Intuitive user interfaces and smart reporting features for financial management are just some of the new developments.

Find out how our professional app and easysquare applications are ideally used in technical property management, how they are applied most frequently, and which practical features are to be explored. We will also present digital construction management solutions that we’ve been using to close the technological gaps in the SAP® standard system for years.


To ensure all travellers enjoy their stay, the centrally located conference hotel Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz, right next to the Berlin TV tower, will once again be providing accommodation. As a 4-star hotel, it will offer guests and event hosts a superior level of comfort, first-class technical facilities and excellent service over two exciting days of events.

Event formats

The next User Forum will for the first time combine the best of both worlds drawing on our experiences from 2021: you can attend the event on site or take part remotely from the comfort of your desk. Either way, you can look forward to hearing first-hand practical reports from our customers in 30-minute lectures. The subsequent Q&A sessions will give you an opportunity to learn more about the topics you find most interesting or to clarify questions. In a rush? Need to gather as much information as possible in the shortest time possible? In that case, our speed sessions are just the thing for you: you’ll get information on exciting digital topics, compressed into short 10-minute slots. Looking for inspiration and need fresh insights? You’ll definitely find something of interest in the keynote speeches given by our special guests, who will draw connections between our digitisation topics. All of the lectures can be followed live at various streaming points. We’re especially looking forward to the Meet & Talk Areas, which offer a pleasant atmosphere and enough room for personal exchanges to take place – something we’ve all had to do without for the past two years. Thanks to the different streaming points, you also won’t have to worry about missing anything important while in the Meet & Talk Areas, since you can follow the lectures in parallel.

It’s been a while. The first OpenPromos User Forum took place in 2003. That means we’ll be celebrating two anniversaries next year: the 25th anniversary of PROMOS and the 20th anniversary of the User Forum, which has established itself as the perfect format for high-quality dialogue with powerful content.
