PROMOS Expands Management Board and Appoints Lukas Kramer as Chief Financial Officer

In his new role as CFO, Lukas Kramer assumes responsibility for the company’s financial management, the further development of KPI-based management models, and end-to-end accountability for central processes. In addition, he oversees governance topics, the company’s cloud strategy as an operational and scaling model, and the financial safeguarding of strategic decisions.

With the introduction of the CFO role, PROMOS establishes a modern leadership structure. Previously, Lukas Kramer served for several years as Managing Director and COO of a privately owned corporate group. In this role, he successfully led the company’s scaling while maintaining high financial excellence. His key focus areas included the development of KPI-driven management models, optimization of financial and governance structures, and leadership of growing hybrid organizations and international teams.
