Good Grades for PROMOS Support Quality

As a certified SAP® partner we are regularly checked for the fulfillment of different service requirements. At the end of last year once again we were crowned with a certification of our special service quality.

As one of the leading consulting and system houses in the real estate industry we not only provide you with the most modern technology but also offer additional comprehensive consulting and supervision for the overall life cycle of your product. The quality of our performed services were verified by SAP with the certification of Partner Center of Expertise during the past year again. In the quality measurement, which is performed within this certification regularly, we reached the highest score in all five testing categories. Besides the number of consultants with the appropriate qualification for example also the remote connection to the productive system of our customers as well as the technical currency of our SAP Solution Manager were tested.

The fast and solution oriented support of our customers is the focus of our business activities. Additionally to the high standards of SAP our own quality promises that go beyond the standards are our priority. With eight support consultants, who are taking care of all incoming reports from Monday until Friday from 7 am to 7 pm, we have reached a direct solution rate in the 1st level of 55 percent in 2015. The forwarding rate of support errors to SAP has been reduced to only 3.85 percent of all incoming support reports. Especially this low forwarding rate to SAP shows, that many calls can be answered and solved way faster for PROMOS customers internally by PROMOS.
