Jens Kramer is taking on leadership of the Consulting area at PROMOS consult

Jens Kramer, founding shareholder and CEO of PROMOS consult, is assuming operational management of the Consulting area at the Berlin digitisation specialist for SAP®-based real estate software consulting. He is taking over from Thomas Brösicke, who has chosen to leave the company.

“Dear Thomas, I’m so grateful for your excellent work and responsible management of our consulting business. Under your leadership, we’ve been able to increase sales year for year in our most important business area. We have implemented international projects and have grown into Europe’s largest SAP® consulting firm specialising in the real estate industry,” Jens Kramer writes on LinkedIn.

Jens Kramer will steer the SAP® Consulting business area towards further growth: “In a way, business consulting is the mother ship at PROMOS. Large, renowned customers from the real estate industry trust us with their important groundbreaking projects, typically for years on end. We will set up our organisation and management structure for sustainable growth in order to meet the strategic requirements of our customers in the best way possible.”

He considers PROMOS to be in a very good position: “For one thing, we have a very large library of technical SAP® solutions ranging all the way to a complete, ready-to-deliver SAP® system for real estate companies, a new version of which came on the market just in time for the approaching migration to S/4HANA®. For another thing – and we’re especially proud of this – we are a training company whose organisation is geared towards successful individual development. We’re fostering the next generation, which keeps us dynamic.”

Jens Kramer handed over operational management of the Cloud business to Daniel Dierich at the beginning of December. “Daniel and his team will successfully manage the Cloud business with our digitisation products under the easysquare brand. Our Cloud business recorded revenue growth of almost 30 percent in 2022. That underscores the potential we see in this segment,” Jens Kramer explains in an interview in the upcoming spring edition of the company magazine Informationstechnologie & Immobilien. Daniel Dierich adds: “The easysquare platform makes it easier for real estate companies to quickly and successfully digitise their operational tasks. Doing away with pen and paper, reducing the number of calls and replacing physical opening hours with sophisticated, app-based solutions – these things aren’t reserved for the large real estate companies. Providing this for the many small and medium-sized companies, beyond the SAP® bubble, requires ready-to-use complete solutions with simple interfaces. And we’re especially good at that.”

Daniel Dierich joined the company in 2019 and quickly rose up the ladder. Having come to PROMOS from a housing company, he began in the Consulting area as an SAP® consultant before switching to product management, where he was responsible for the easysquare rental solution. He became head of product management at the end of 2021. Since the beginning of December, he is now Chief Operating Officer for easysquare. The easysquare digitisation brand is a forward-looking cloud platform providing online portals and apps that simplify professional real estate management for everyone involved – from property managers, administrators, landlords and owners to service providers, craftspeople, tenants and neighbours. Together with his team, he will expand the Cloud business as an open solution on the wider housing and real estate market.
