The tenant app workshop – advancing together in dialogue with users
How can digital tenant processes be made even more intuitive, efficient, and service-oriented? In an interactive workshop at the OpenPromos User Forum, we will present planned updates to the PROMOS tenant app – and invite you to actively join the discussion. Your experience and perspective matter!
Proven product, fresh momentum
For many years, the PROMOS tenant app has helped housing companies elevate digital communication with their tenants – efficiently, user-friendly, and field-tested. But as expectations and technical possibilities evolve, so do the demands placed on digital solutions. That’s exactly where our tenant app workshop comes in.
What’s coming – and what counts
As part of the OpenPromos User Forum, this workshop provides a space for hands-on exchange. Together with tenant app experts Theresia Mussauer and Maxim Wahl, we’ll offer exclusive insights into planned developments – including functionality, interface design, and user guidance. Our goal: to tailor the app even more closely to everyday needs. Maxim Wahl, Head of Cloud Development and product lead for the tenant app at PROMOS, explains: “We’ve got a lot of exciting changes planned – from a redesigned user interface to brand-new features. The workshop is a key element for us to gather feedback and further refine our solutions.”
