Digital solutions up close – the Innovation Lounge at OPAF2025 inspires IT and business users alike

Busy workstations, meaningful conversations and well-designed technologies – the Innovation Lounge at the 17th OpenPromos User Forum gave stakeholders, key users and decision-makers the perfect platform to experience our digital solutions hands-on. It was all there – from the all-in-one PROMOS.GT ready2 package for mobile applications to our brand-new AI-based showcase for processing tenant communication. The Innovation Lounge at the heart of the event

With five interactive workstations and a well-structured Meet-the-Experts program, the Innovation Lounge became a hotspot for visitors from IT and functional departments. It was a gathering point for our clients’ who’s who and the experts from PROMOS and our partners.

Together, they explored the wide range of digital applications in the PROMOS portfolio – from property operations and utility billing to powerful analytics via Business Intelligence and practical use cases for Artificial Intelligence. The exchange was intense and the interest high.

The aim was not just to present digital processes but to make them tangible. Formats away from the stage that encouraged dialogue and hands-on exploration drew particular attention, including:

An Innovation Lounge standout was the showcase for automated tenant communication processing. Visitors could send queries via phone or email and watch live as our new AI-powered system identified, classified and routed them to the appropriate process. A solution with real potential for boosting day-to-day efficiency.

Topics such as utility charge management, audit-compliant service charge allocation and data collection optimization were met with sustained interest, especially from business teams facing increasing demands and complexity.
