The collaboration between PROMOS and Planon marks a new chapter in digital property management. The tenant app is breaking new ground

The technological integration of the PROMOS tenant app with Planon is a true milestone. The tenant app will soon have a permanent place in the Planon Marketplace. The first customer to take this step is ARWAG Immobilientreuhand GmbH. The Austrian company has been one of the most successful players in the Vienna real estate market for 35 years. Soon, its tenants will be able to report defects directly via the app or chat with property management – all seamlessly integrated into the Planon system landscape.

In the next phase, tenants will be able to view their contracts and statements directly in the app. Michaela Reiter-Benesch, Managing Director of ARWAG Immobilientreuhand GmbH and project lead, explains: “Integrating the tenant app into our system is a major step toward modern, digital property management. The new solution simplifies many manual processes as well as communication with our tenants. We've been waiting a long time for this innovation.”

ARWAG and PROMOS at Planon Connect

At Planon Connect – an expert forum for clients, partners, and interested parties from the real estate and facility management sectors – we’re taking the stage with this solution. On June 3 in Frankfurt and June 17 in Zurich, we’ll present the joint pilot project. Alexander Bungardt, Team Lead Sales Consultants, will be on site for PROMOS and deliver a brief talk on the most exciting project details and all the benefits of the solution. Bungardt says: “I’m delighted that we can give the first public insights into this project. After the presentation, I’ll be available together with ARWAG for direct exchange and can demonstrate the app live for all interested parties.”
