Municipal housing authority KOE Rostock becomes first customer to introduce the new easysquare Professional App
To make this possible, the defect reporting functions were individually discussed with KOE project managers and adjusted and developed according to the operational procedures. The company is currently running a test phase to identify potential changes that must be implemented before the imminently planned go-live. In the future, KOE employees and Rostock municipal employees will record defect reports in the mobile forms of the Professional App, subsequently triggering a maintenance order in the SAP® system. Workflow support ensures comprehensive processing of the report of defects right the way to commissioning a subcontractor and repair of the defect. Beatrice Nebelung, a project manager at KOE, on the current project status: “We are very satisfied with the course of the test phase and especially with the intuitive look and feel of the easysquare Professional App.”
Available since October 2019 for iOS and for Windows upon request, the easysquare Professional App offers particularly appealing and intuitive handling. The new tile design simplifies navigation between the integrated services. You can save links to external content or deep links to deeper content within the app in alternating images as needed.
